We hold stock of all of our products, with the exception of a few, where demand is low. These will be clearly marked as "Ordered on Demand", with an estimated lead time given. We replenish our stock on a regular basis, so should an item we usually hold run out of stock, it's usually back in within a week. Please feel free send us a message with the item you are interested in - we will get back to you to let you know when we expect more stock
Please Contact Us and let us know what you are looking for. If it's something we have, we will send you the link. If it's not something we stock, we will certainly attempt to source it for you. We are always looking to expand our product range, so we actually really appreciate this kind of question. Contact us and we'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
We currently offer Gift Cards via Email only. You can view our cards here. Gift wrapping is not currently available, but its certainly something we are looking at for the future.
As a parent you will no doubt know that sizing for kids is something of a black art. What fits one child perfectly may bury another, or, conversely be way too small. We here at Little Pro have kids of our own, so we understand this. For that reason, we operate a no fuss returns policy. As long as the good are returned to us in a re-saleable condition (No road-testing!) with any tags still attached, we will exchange and send another size as quickly as possible. Returns will only be accepted where we are notified within 1 month of delivery.

We currently accept payment via PayPal and SagePay. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards, including American Express and JCB.  For PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay - you can use your credit card as you would any other payment gateway.
Orders received before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after noon, or at weekends are despatched on the next working day.
However, it is sometimes possible to expedite urgent orders, so if you need something quickly or guaranteed next day, please contact us before placing your order. All orders are sent using the shipping method chosen at the checkout.

During the Coronovirus outbreak, we would like to reassure customers that we have taken steps to ensure availability of our stock. We are still shipping, and will continue to ship for the entire duration of the disruption, providing delivery services are still available. However, please note - the delivery service we use may be different to those we normally choose or which you select at the checkout. With this in mind, DELIVERY IS NOW FREE with no minimum spend.
